Was offered a senior accounting position in NYC for 100k and a 20% discretionary bonus. My EY raise in October will put me at 91k. Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon.
