I am a senior scientist with a medical device company with 14 years of experience in pharma/medical device, PMP certified and gained UCSD clinical trails design and management certification as education in clinical field. Have been applying to PAREXEL, IQVIA, Lab Corp and no luck so far. Is anyone here can help with referral? Any tips to transition to clinical field. I have been trying for CRA and CPM roles.
