I was asked for a mailing address in order to get a employee referral, is that legal?
I have never been given a mailing address for a referral to a job

Just received an offer with expected / standard salary for role but no signing or relocation bonus. They know I don’t have any other offers which is why I assume they didn’t offer any signing bonus - do I have any chance of getting one without “leverage”?

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
