Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?
I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

Identify if you’re doing this because you are feeling some particular type of emotion such as anxiety or stress, sadness, happiness, boredom, etc.
It’s hard to catch it so you should journal for a few days and see what you come up with.
If it’s tied to an emotion, you have to find a new way to deal with it - listen to music, walk around, ...
If it’s because you want to chew or crunch, you have to find an alternative like gum.
FIRST, literally track it to see what’s driving the behavior then change or modify it.
If it’s boredom, you have to find remedies to help with the boredom- workout, hot bath, meditation podcast or something like that, music, talk to a friend/peer, go for a walk.
The trick is to reprogram your mind to do differently. Once your brain is aware and accepting of you doing something else you love opposed to eating, it’ll leave you alone and you’ll stop thinking like that.
Try it and tag or message me after about a week or more to let me know how you did.

Gum, sugar free lollipops, ice chips. Sometimes I chew on my boxing mouth guard
Try sparkling water or other low/no calorie drink options. That has helped me fend off the “snackies” as I call it. I also love hard candies or ginger chews—one or two of those really satisfy my need to be keep my jaw busy lol

Chew on celery. Seriously.
Intermittent fasting. I am the same way. Once I eat for the first time in the day, I’m hungry all day. Also, waiting to workout later in the day helps with morning hunger.

Cinnamon sticks, toothpicks, straws
My husband use to chew on straws but this can cause lockjaw because the soft tissue in the mouth can get inflamed because of too much chewing or use of the mouth. It could also lead to other disorders. Granted, too much food chewing isn’t good either.🤣
