Hello, my company called me in as asked me to put my papers down or get fired.

What route should I take? If I put my papers down my salary gets stuck for 45 days - wherein I come back for full and final later.

The full and final will include gratuity, reimbursement of paid leaves.

I am not sure what the process of getting fired is. I have seen some influencer videos on how getting fired is more expensive for the company - how is it so? Can someone explain, please

I absolutely hate my job and would like to resign ASAP but my bond period is until Feb 2023 but they are already having a qualifying exam which I won't clear and will get fired anyways in Jan 2023...but they are refusing to let me go without paying bond money.. I resigned last month and my manager said he is trying to retain me. I had a call with HR and I explained my expectation. Now, I am getting profiles daily to evaluate. Candidate has similar experience and working on the same technology stack.
I knew that my manager is looking for my replacement but he is still pretending that he will retain me. I don't understand why he is doing like that.
Do I need to evaluate the profiles?

Resigning without an offer is not possible at the moment due to family responsibilities.
