I have joined in oct 2021 as fresher and resigned/absconded and informed them through email, congizant on 7th February 2022, and on the next day (8th Feb) I joined Infosys but now congizant has given me last working day as 11 Feb 2022,if i don't let Infosys to know about my last company I was working in .will it cause problem for me ? Immediate assistance would be really helpful

When is it appropriate to ask for a raise and how long should I stay in the role before I start looking at other companies?

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Struggling with a friendship that has become toxic & fills me with anxiety. various factors have caused us to drift but it feels like nothing I say or do now is right. The issues seem to really come to a head for one when she is drunk, using it to air grievances with me. When sober she doesn’t feel like talking about it. My current company's notice period is 3 months, due to which I'm unable to get any interview calls.
Resigning without an offer is not possible at the moment due to family responsibilities.

Do you know any companies which will accept three months of notice period?
Or how do I tackle this situation?

I resigned last month and my manager said he is trying to retain me. I had a call with HR and I explained my expectation. Now, I am getting profiles daily to evaluate. Candidate has similar experience and working on the same technology stack.
I knew that my manager is looking for my replacement but he is still pretending that he will retain me. I don't understand why he is doing like that.
Do I need to evaluate the profiles?
