My current company's notice period is 3 months, due to which I'm unable to get any interview calls.
Resigning without an offer is not possible at the moment due to family responsibilities.

Do you know any companies which will accept three months of notice period?
Or how do I tackle this situation?

I might be over analyzing. I’m in the middle of interviewing with a big box retailer. The initial interview was with the in house recruiter and then with the Senior Associate and SVP all within the last week. They scheduled a “touch base” interview with the recruiter for this week. Is this a good or bad sign?

What’s the typical timeline between an on-site interview with multiple members to receiving feedback? Recruiter has been very responsive until after my on-site happened two weeks ago, when I was told I would hear back within the next week or so. I understand things drag on for eternity at Google but would be nice to at least know if I didn’t pass 🥲

Applying for some in-house M&A jobs, and a big focus is being able to run deals. I of course feel very comfortable running deals from the corporate side and managing multiple teams, but have obviously always had an army of specialists in biglaw. How does this work in house? I’m primarily thinking from a tax perspective — I likely wouldn’t be able to structure a deal (and don’t think many of my peers could either) since we always rely on a tax team, but not sure if that is an expectation.

I resigned last month and my manager said he is trying to retain me. I had a call with HR and I explained my expectation. Now, I am getting profiles daily to evaluate. Candidate has similar experience and working on the same technology stack.
I knew that my manager is looking for my replacement but he is still pretending that he will retain me. I don't understand why he is doing like that.

I have joined in oct 2021 as fresher and resigned/absconded and informed them through email, congizant on 7th February 2022, and on the next day (8th Feb) I joined Infosys but now congizant has given me last working day as 11 Feb 2022,if i don't let Infosys to know about my last company I was working in .will it cause problem for me ? I absolutely hate my job and would like to resign ASAP but my bond period is until Feb 2023 but they are already having a qualifying exam which I won't clear and will get fired anyways in Jan 2023...but they are refusing to let me go without paying bond money.. What will happen if I just get myself fired😑
