My current company's notice period is 3 months, due to which I'm unable to get any interview calls.
Resigning without an offer is not possible at the moment due to family responsibilities.

Do you know any companies which will accept three months of notice period?
Or how do I tackle this situation?

I have given interview for salesforce dev position in IQVIA and all the three rounds were completed on 10Feb after that I didn't got any communication from recruiter , how many days it usually takes and I am in notice period and it is going to next month..

Will I get an offer from them before the end of next month?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). We re-negotiate at 6 Sept (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have joined in oct 2021 as fresher and resigned/absconded and informed them through email, congizant on 7th February 2022, and on the next day (8th Feb) I joined Infosys but now congizant has given me last working day as 11 Feb 2022,if i don't let Infosys to know about my last company I was working in .will it cause problem for me ? Immediate assistance would be really helpful

I resigned last month and my manager said he is trying to retain me. I had a call with HR and I explained my expectation. Now, I am getting profiles daily to evaluate. Candidate has similar experience and working on the same technology stack.
I knew that my manager is looking for my replacement but he is still pretending that he will retain me. I don't understand why he is doing like that.
Do I need to evaluate the profiles?

I absolutely hate my job and would like to resign ASAP but my bond period is until Feb 2023 but they are already having a qualifying exam which I won't clear and will get fired anyways in Jan 2023...but they are refusing to let me go without paying bond money.. What will happen if I just get myself fired😑
