My offer is been on hold with TCS, HDFC and Genpact, and I already have an offer from NISG of 29.3 (Current is 25.3).

I went on notice period due to this offer, and a bit reluctant about how much I can go for negotiation with these companies with 11.5 Years of experience.

Skill set is: Java, springboot, AWS.

Also, I am on the notice period - Please refer me to your organisations.

I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months.
