I joined barclays on 13/02/2023. I am offered 15 LPA for 3 YEO in devops domain (Unix, middleware, database, infrastructure automation). I belongs to BA3 role and TC01 unit. Can anyone please tell me how much annual bonus and hike should I expect in Feb 2024 if I manage to get outstanding rating for annual perform anec in 2023? Barclays

Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
