My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. Which department you are in..
I once heard about this: there is coaching then even after that you don't improve they put you in pip, every manager has a goal to put the last 10% in pip every year.
After pip there are 2 options.
1. You accept the pip and 3 months time you pivot and get back on track regular job. Here if you don't improve no severance package..
2. You don't accept pip you'll be paid severance package of 3 months you can leave immediately.
Not sure if after either option 1 or 2 is better

It’s like performance improvement plan
If they give you performance improvement program
Just chose other option /resignation
They will give you few month of salary plus 3-4 month of salary
Otherwise your losfe will be hell ,extra hours
No hike and bonus
Companies are still hiring
In December you will see less hiring but it will be normal in January
Whoever performance is low they will be put into CDP , it’s a performance improvement plan for upto 3 months.
