Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. Just got my work laptop. I can login with work email. Trying to access my office 365,outlook it’s not working at all I got some error message when trying to login. 3,15- 89 something and I can use my phone an iPad to login just fine. Help

People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?
