Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Who said there is so much hatered towards Kyndryl. The existing employees might have some complaints but other than that i heard its a new company working towards making changes in their culture and work ethics .It will take time i guess.Rest time will tell how good or bad the company is.Existing employes left in large numbers and that warning should be enough for Kyndryl to mend its ways and culture.
I have recently joined Kyndryl and dont see any negative vibe here (yet ;)
Even folks working from a long time (ibm to kyn) has a positive outlook
Not sure of negative feedback on Glassdoor...but yeah it is a new company and currently in loss..yet to give its first hike so maybe there is uncertainty...
And yeah it is a manager driven company inherited from ibm
Old employees who were transferred from ibm have not got change in compensation and company is hiring outsiders for double hikes. This has natural irked existing employees cos they are the people behind what the company is today
Internal Hikes are and never will be equivalent to what outsiders are getting. That goes for every company. So the comparison is not fair.Having said that giving no hike internally is a very bad practice and many a times people leave the org because of this.
It's a manager driven company... As rightly said... I got an offer to join them... And their politics in the offer discussions and later unprofessionalism steered me away from Kyndryl... Of course.. there might be other good folks as well...
It's not a bad company... It's just yet another "old fashioned" company... Neither good nor bad...

Kyndryl is a very good company, With many great employees friendly policies. So if you get a chance grab it.
I had a terrible interviewing experience with kyndrl for their AD role. The peer group that interviewed me were at most medicore and they didn't have any intrest in judging my skills sets or asking questions related to my work experiences etc. the only thing they stuck to asking me was current org structure, where I am placed, who i report to...I was irked but continued being a good sport and bringing up my excellent leadership and work examples. One of the interviewers had done a zero homework on my profile..she seemed least interested in having a good conversation and seemed insecure from the minute go. Recently I got to know I have not been selected. Their loss not mine, however I'm very wary of ever interviewing with such an unprofessional organisation like kyndryl again. Who on earth makes peer group interviews as the first level, shouldn't the hiring manager first decide and then have the peer interview if required ? The whole way the interview was conducted looks elementary and the interviewers seemed like rookies....
