With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.

What to do with free time after busy season?

Taking family trip to Chicago mid-September. Any family friendly recs good for an 18 month toddler (things to do, non fancy lunch spots, etc)? Also thinking residence inn downtown for space. Others?
