I know this exact feeling. In my experience, going back to basics like caffeine, chunking my workstream, listening to motivational videos (a la David Goggins), and rewarding myself as I finish those chunks helped me through motivational slumps (no meds).
Thinking about how rewarding it becomes the longer you stick — qualitative compound interest such as feeling like belonging or truly understanding and knowing the people around you etc.
Maybe give Adderall or Vyvanse a try, if you haven’t already?
