I didn't recieved any communication after that.

I have already tried calling hr in mobile and also dropped a mail regarding the same but no response.

Is this normal GE response time, should I keep my hopes open

Wanted to share some advice for anyone looking at track saws. I just bought the bare WEN 6.5” unit ($145.29) and paired it with the Powertec guide rail set ($119.89) and came away with a solid setup at a (comparatively) cheap price ($265).
