How do your firms do payroll? This is like the 5th time in 26 months that paychecks weren’t timely deposited. Allegedly, the boss did everything right and this is something in the payroll company. But his stuff is getting crazy and everyone is out on PTO, I’m kinda like: meet minimum ethical obligations and no more. Once or twice, I understand. But this is becoming regular.

I’m in the 2nd and final round for a position with a well know company. However, they haven’t asked me my salary expectations yet and am unsure if I provided expectations on my job application. How should I handle this IF the final interview goes well?

Need some advice. Recently joined my dream job, but the director I work for demonstrates toxic behavior. I have been only few months in this role and it would not look good if I start looking again. Hi all, had a situation I need some help with. PE fund owned interest in a bank that was a CFC that has 965 PTEP. Recently sold off part of it's interest and the bank is no longer considered a CFC. Under the new PFIC regs, I believe it qualifies as a PFIC. How would distributions be treated seeing as it would still qualify as a specified foreign corp?
