I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY

Based on the independent rule if you are in management or supervising role there is a cooling period of one year. But if you are just first year associate or contractor then no cooling period is needed I think
Yea. That makes sense. Just an associate so I don’t think it would be an issue there. I think that’s the general theme across all the firms independence rules.
There is a cooling period when you cannot be hired by your client. It should be at least one year+making sure you never had an access to the current audit workpapers. Before they give you an offer, they will be telling your firm that they are planning to hire you and would never accept you as an employee before getting a green light from PWC.
Agreed SM2.
Somebody said they green light; that's from an independence standpoint only, correct? The firm can't say "we fired his ass", right?
