Do you feel being treated like a person at smaller companies (Elite partners) rather than just a number at bigger companies (Global Elite)? Do smaller fishes (Elite) lose more big contracts to big fishes (Global Elite)? I'm considering a change and don't know which companies to choose.

I‘m moving to Australia with my partner and we don’t have a bank account and credit cards yet.
