Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.

Many who repatriate are lured by a vibrant startup scene in India that is drawing unprecedented capital from venture and private equity firms and is buoyed by an effervescent market for stocks. But they are also disenchanted with what they perceive as America’s bleak and hopeless immigration landscape, where the wait times for green cards are tortuously long, and the limits on launching startups for newcomers are highly restrictive.

No. They won’t do it if you move to MD either.
You need to go out of the country and come back under multinational manager category as per below
‘You must have been employed outside the United States for at least 1 year in the 3 years preceding the petition or the most recent lawful nonimmigrant admission if you are already working for the U.S. petitioning employer. The U.S. petitioner must have been doing business for at least 1 year, have a qualifying relationship to the entity you worked for outside the U.S., and intend to employ you in a managerial or executive capacity. ‘

This is correct . A pre req for EB1 as far as I know is being employed with the firm outside the country for a year at least in 3 years. Unless you have that, it is legally not possible
No.

No. SM don't count as professor/researcher and you don't fit the criteria for international manager since you are employed here

Nope, no EB1.
The international manager thing was a loophole, which has already been gamed by few companies for many unworthy people.
Unfortunately, EB1 is clogged and there's no way it's coming back to current.

A1 - international manager/ executive “is” still available and can be used to apply. Just wanted to to point out that you made it sound like its’s no longer available.
I know it's available but it's not a guarantee that you would get a GC through EB1 now.
OP 🤣
