Hey OP! The easiest is if you can move with your company and they can sponsor your Employment Pass (EP), which is the main work visa here.
It’s unfortunately tougher for expats to find brand new gigs that also sponsor visas these days, unless you’re fairly senior (10+ YOE in the same field at minimum).
I echo what @ Google 1 wrote. Transfer with your company and get them to sponsor your EP. Once you’ve been here awhile you’ll be in a better position to look for positions outside of your company - and be more attractive to other employers for sponsoring your EP (it doesn’t transfer; each company has to apply on your behalf).
But be forewarned: the SG job market is tough right now - the worst it’s been in over a decade. Locals are struggling so they’re given priority. Unless you are highly specialised and have skills no Singaporean might have, if you transfer, be prepared to stay with your company.
Unless you have specialized domains like Machine Learning, AI, AML, SWIFT CBPR, Cybersecurity, Automation, Transformation, most likely company will not sponsor your visa. Banking and Financial has ridiculous salary minimum requirements, so that is also a no. Try bio life science maybe.
