At a dead end and don't know what to do besides stop! I've been job searching everyday, some days several hours for 8 months straight. I have about 100 different resumes that I've edited for different type of positions. I've got nothing but denials, recruiter screenings, 2 interviews and ghosted. I really want to give up and just sit and hope for a miracle at this point. Can anyone relate? How are you keeping faith? Any tips or tricks?

I want to get out of ID so badly. I don’t mind the work but the hours are just killing me. I just started at a new firm less than 6 months ago and I am already desperate to get out. Moved from Canada and I have to say, big pharma in the US might very well be the devil himself. In Canada, medications that cost $30-$40, are hundreds of dollars here. Honestly thinking of leaving the field because I can't stomach the corruption.

I saw a great thread online about a Black physician who saved the day when a patient came in for an urgent MRI, but had metal pins in her wig so none of the white nurses or doctors could get it off. Black Physician rushed in with some alcohol and got it off in no time. We are crucial to the healthcare field for so many reasons, remember that!
