Hey everyone, has anyone here successfully pushed their TCS joining date beyond the initial offer?
I just got an offer with a joining date of August 17th, but my current notice period is 90 days. To make things more complicated, my variable pay hits in 1 July, and I really don't want to leave that on the table. Given the math, the current timeline is super tight for a smooth exit.
Do you think TCS will be flexible with moving the date, or are they pretty strict about it? CC-17 lpa,offered -22lp

DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good?
