What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Good luck! [Wawa alumni here❤️]
RedBull-Great brand! And please read the *recent* reviews about leadership. Sounds a little crunchy there. Sales jobs have aggressive targets that get 'adjusted up' and they pound on you to hit/exceed them - every month. Are you down for that?
Research how they treat their people. And what happens if you don't hit your numbers. **Are they setting you up for success? This is huge!**
TBH, you might be better off staying with Wawa. good rep. I loved working there in high school & college back in the day 😉 but the pay wasn't great. If you aspire to bigger brands, cool! Just try to figure out inside scoop somehow, so you're making an informed choice.
>> Interview prep tips that work for me (@ a Fortune50 corp]:
1. Research the company and its leaders, top performers [LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc]
2. Scour the job description/their site+socials to come up with the questions you have for them. Knowing the lingo & buzzwords helps you talk the talk. More credible w smart questions.
3. Use STAR format (easily found online)
4. When you tell any story about your experience/ success, be sure to say WHY that success mattered to your boss/ team/ company. This extra nugget of advice really helped me recently. Tie it up in a nice little pkg.
Wishing you the best! Go get it!! 💪🤞
