Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

I think it's overshot in the interim /short term but on an absolute long term hold probably cheap
But obviously no cash flows or assets to value so difficult to put a number on it. But I could probably see it going to 20,000 long term. That would make it a 250bn market cap, which is 5% of the 4T FX market. Maybe that's too much - thoughts?

My wife is a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience as credit manager, underwriting loans with some leading banks in India. She just got her EAD and is looking for jobs, open to switch profiles as well. Do you think she would fit in for any role here in Seattle, WA? She has been a star performer and promoted twice in the last 3 years. One problem is companies look for US experience which she does not have, we just moved here early this year.

Agreed with my boss I am to get a title bump (currently at M responsibilities) and asked me to come up with suggestions of the title I want. Manager FP&A is most traditional choice but what has traction in the market as a finance manager title since I have the freedom to choose? Strategic Finance Manager?
