In the HCL offer letter, they have mentioned around 20k as Flexi Basket every month in the fixed CTC. I'm a bit confused, Will I get this amount with my salary or how does it work? Can anyone explain this in detail?

What are your thoughts on homework? How much homework do you assign each night? I find my middle schoolers either don’t do the homework or copy classmates.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience

Looking for recommendations on financial modeling courses (paid) that I can take for 3 statements/operating model, valuations, M&A, & LBO. Have been getting interviews with banks (3 in 2 months) but I come up short with the modeling experience (and weak on the technicals too). I’m thinking doing a modeling course will help with the no modeling experience + update my technicals? Thanks.
