Hey Fishes, I am facing issue with overlapping where my ex company marked my wrong exit date, and due to which it is overlapping with my another company, I got selected as Busniess analyst in genpact ( in a non IT domain ), in KYC/AML domin and the overlapping happen back in 2019 can any one help me with the BGV process of Genpact, how many previous employers they check for bgv or they check all the companies which in on the EPFO service history or they check only last 5-7 years companies?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.
