I have joined wipro on march 14th but due to some personal reasons I couldn't continue so I informed my HR and Manager on next day. Since their team asked me to resign in the portal Formally I've resigned on 26th March in the portal. Since I've neither took training nor IT assets how am I accountable to recovery amount in fnf. Will there be any problem as I'm a fresher?

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

She was told by wipro manager that even if her parent company doesnt agree, wipro has the clause to automatically convert contractors into permanent hires. Whats the procedure?pls throw light
