I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. Hi! Recently discussed an associate graphic designer role with a recruiter. Is it reasonable to expect an 85k base in NYC? Am I underselling myself? They started with it being a 75-80k budgeted position. What are typical base salaries for someone with 4.5 ttl YOE? Does it matter that 3 YOE was in an adjacent industry?

Is IB or MBB more difficult to land?

How common is it to get a decent-sized merit scholarship from M7? I’m coming from MBB but not sure I want to commit myself to returning after I get my MBA and also don’t want to have to take out a bunch of loans.
