I’m maxing out my 401K, traditional IRA and HSA this year and paying for some house improvements. I have about $750K total investments and very close to $2M net worth, but realize that I am behind on investments if I want to do FIRE. I was focused on paying off huge chunks of my mortgage and managed to whittle it down to $75K left. Would you suggest I go ahead and pay that off this year? hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.

Do you still implement reference checks (on top of background checks)? I’m not convinced of the value add to the selection process and it takes a lot of time and resources

Hello, which is more beneficial Master’s in Human Resources or PHR Certification?
