I am a sixth-year associate overseeing a second year. They are an exceptionally good associate. I am honestly shocked at the work product I receive and the way they go above and beyond. The issue I have is that they sometimes take awhile to turn things around. For example, I ask for a draft response to the client, and they take three-four days. I know they’re busy, but I would like to address this in a positive way. Any suggestions?

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

I’ve received a full time job offer from a company I have worked for remotely for the last 2 years (only traveling for productions), the only catch is I would have to move my life from a nice city with a lot of nature and outdoor opportunities to a large metropolitan city. My partner doesn’t want to move and I don’t think I do either. As a contractor, I work about 60-70 hours per week and have been grinding for two years. The full time people don’t get it any easier. I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?
