Hello! I lead a team of Administrative Assistants that serve a large part of the organization. While they all have a common team and leader, they all support different people in a direct support model.

I’m inheriting a “team” of siloed strong individual developers who are on different work streams and are very jaded and struggling with motivation. Most are contractors. They have legit gripes about the client, but I won’t be able to solve those without getting cross-discussions going with knowledge-sharing across our “team“.
