I had a similar question when I was anticipating my first video interview, which happened to be for the job I currently hold. I stress about interviews anyway, but this seemed to be another source of anxiety on top of it. My worrying was for nought. I was more at ease doing the interview from my living room and I was able to put a few cues for myself on sticky notes at the side of my screen, so that actually helped. Just make sure you're presentable from the waist up with nothing embarrassing or polarizing in your background, and knock 'em dead! You've got this.
I have had multiple interviews via Teams. At first it was unsettling but it’s a good way to get the initial interview done. I think for a second interview it should be in person.
I prepared the same way I would for any other interview. Just make sure it is totally legit. I have seen some of those teams interviews turn out to be scams.
It’s common to have teams or webex interviews over video first. It saves time from going in and doing an interview. Prepare for it like you would for any in person interview.

Yes, agree. It’s the same as in person.

On teams, like over video? Or over chat?
Teams over video
I have had a first interview with Teams interview. Then a second interview in person.
Just prepare yourself like you would an in person interview for the questions that you may be asked about your position, what you put on your resume and their job description.
First impressions are the best: Dress, professionally, look nice eye contact, smile and be friendly during the interview. Try not to act nervous. You can set the background on the teams to your choice . be in a well lit area, but not blaring light. Noise free area.
You got this!!! Good luck.
