Hey guys, I’m in a dilemma right now. Should I go full time mba or part time online program and work full time while I’m at it? Full time in person is 2 years and online part time is 3 years. Kellog, UCLA, Purdue offer part time online. Thoughts?

There’s been some turnover over the last six months at my firm, and I have taken over more files. I’m having a hard time getting ahead of briefing schedules and have been asking for extensions on a lot of recent briefs. In my practice area it’s never really an issue or objected to. However, I feel guilty that this is still happening. Any tips for getting over this?

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business.
