I am sick of being a realtor! I've been trying for 5 years and have only sold 3 houses. Where I'm from (small Southern town) nobody is buying. Most people's families already own homes and it's just a bummer to see all these nice houses deteriorating over time.

Pros and cons of taking a class year cut? Partner sees my potential and that there’s an actual evolution but I’m not there yet in terms of experience compared to my peers so he told me to at least consider a class year cut. Is that a nice way to tell me we are not happy with your work product might kick you out of you don’t improve ? Or am I being paranoid here?

Does anyone have experience working for Connections Academy or another virtual academy? I am very interested in teaching from home, but most virtual jobs I have reviewed still require you to come to an office/ school building. I want to know what it is like, specifically the work load.
