Hey in regards to the solution architect role in Salesforce CSG - are the numbers on Glassdoor accurate? 145 base salary with 20-30k bonus?

Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.

But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.
