Hey just out of curiosity; how many graphic designers out there have had to deal with bosses/equal level marketing coworkers that are a decade younger, with less experience and having to take "notes" from them on everything you do (even when they're wrong or you straight up disagree with them)?
For context I'm a Sr level designer & they are Sr level marketing & Sr level videographer. We're the same level but they've been at the company longer. Also we have no direct creative leadership.
