1st Offer from Citrix
Package: 21.44 LPA + 1 Lac JB + 1 Lac relocation + 1.08 Lac Shift allowance P.A.
Role: Escalation Engineer

2nd offer from Mind Tree
Package: 22.53 LPA + 2 Lac JB
Role: Migration Lead/Tech Lead

Cybage is offering 10.5 LPA (9.36 is fixed + 75k joining bonus). Cognizant is offering 10.69 LPA (10.05 is fixed + 50k joining bonus). Designation at Cybage is Sr. software engineer and at Cognizant, it is project associate. Which one should I join?

I am continuously giving & cracking interviews but none of them are ready to offer my expected CTC.

I am expecting 30lpa, while initial screening call every HR says ok, they can offer 32, 35 and so on. But after cracking the interview they are asking me to join for 25 or 27lpa.

I even tried with collecting multiple offers, if I say I have offer for 27lpa, they also offering same 27lpa
