I’m an introvert in strategy consulting, working in US, born in India. I find it difficult to host client meetings - how to drive conversation, fill in the pauses, and help drive the group move towards next steps consensus. It’s not that I don’t know how, it’s that I doubt myself, and my language skills. I see some other SC/Ms just repeating what others said, and just talking too much of what’s already known - and they are appreciated. How do I reach a stage where I am able to do this better?

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

When I asked she said it’s due to system issue and she will update regarding the status of my offer letter. But I feel something’s wrong. Now I gave the interview for a different position in same firm and got selected. The 2nd one seems kind of interesting and match my profile. What to do now?🥲

Does IBM release OL after PDM round or after that they need various approvals from superior before releasing OL, I have given my PDM round on last Wednesday and I and HR agreed on the compensation part but after that no call from HR

As I have heard that they ask their employees to connect to VDI from personal laptop and continue the work from that VDI.
My personal exp is not good while working through VDI as it is far slow.
