Throughout the year executing all Project tasks, getting appreciated by Manager, getting best employee awards, being a good supportive team player but in the end while giving rating and appraisal you were given averege rating and averege appraisal, felt misused by Manager in the end?🙄🥺
What to do afterwards, how to navigate such situations?

I’ve been a search manager for 8 years. What kind of role can I take on at a place like Google etc ? I am trying to figure out what’s next for me. I’ve considered client side, a lot marketing director roles that I think could be a good fit but I feel lost. I am tired of no upward movement in my career.

Found out my interview this week will be with PMs of different levels so they can decide who wants me on their team, but recruiter won’t give me any specifics on client/brand, print or digital, etc...

I was interviewed for Angular. In JD it was mentioned Angular + Node.
I was told it's a second shift project, with MEAN technology stack.
Client is AT&T.

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly.
