1) Deloitte support services - 25LPA + 15% bonus.location is Hyderabad and manager is trying to see how much work from home he can give.

2)EY Gds - 27LPA +10% Bonus ( offer will be coming this week only.Hr confirmed the compensation over phone) Location is my home town.

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

In my current Org I was put into Linux, Unix & Cobol with just a 5-10% usage of OpenText on top of it. My grip on OpenText has been ruined since last 2.5 Yrs. I am desparately looking for a change in tech stack. I have PowerBI & Cybersecurity in mind. Would like to get into something that will have avenues & opportunities in future.

I got initial offer of 37.5Lakhs from TCS as ASOC.

I completed all the round TR, PDM and HR round for IBM. Discussed with HR she confirmed the compensation and sent Candidate Information form and BGV form to fill. I have filled and submitted and got some accomodation form and cognitive assesment link. Is this the normal process. Can someone please confirm the steps you followed when selected for IBM.
