You don't need to list your URL on your site; people are already there. I assume, maybe incorrectly, that the firm is called Hackett and Co. Not the full URL.
Unclear what gap you are helping people bridge or how PI work relates to success. I think you need a different slogan or ditch it. It's not really necessary.
Your case studies seem like quotes but don't have quotes. Also, it's unclear what type of client the first one is. Would help if you clarified if it's public/private, size, and industry.

I see what you’re saying about the slogan.
The thought behind it was that it could work for the PI side in bridging the gaps in whatever “search” our client is trying to pursue. Ex. You have some information on a person you cannot locate on a will, partner with us and we will bridge the gap in information to bring you and your client to success. Or just generally collaborating to bring a client to justice would be the measure of success. Could be a reach lol.
For the consulting side, since we specialize in heavily regulated industries, bridging the gap between owning a successful business and ensuring you are in compliance through our consultative services.
I’ll have to keep thinking on how to make this clear or, like you said, ditch it!
