I have a case interview with Accenture.. any tips?

FAANG colleagues I wanted to share an experience that I hope doesn’t occur at your orgs. I got an offer for a PM role with Capital One that I was so excited about. After sending a negotiation letter however, the team withdraws my offer saying I’m no longer a good fit . I was respectful and only asked for things that my existing org offered, and made it clear I was happy to adjust if not feasible. I’m beyond disappointed and hurt :(

Yes. Planning my exit
Been there for a few years now. It really depends on the team to be honest. Lynx is split in ~ 10 “sub agencies”. I’ve had good and bad experiences with management throughout the years, mostly bad. It’s quite cliquish eg people that are friends with management will always be put forward for promotion and things like that. Salaries are at market rate, there’s nothing that really differentiate themselves from other agencies from a compensation point of view. They’re reinforcing a return to office 2-3 days a week, and they don’t really have flex on working hours.
Edit: There seems to be a lot of competition between people eg director level and up, i cant count the number of times I’ve been told to stay in my lane and not make directors look bad
Thank you, this is great to know 🙏
Havas Lynx in Manchester? If so I know some of the creatives there
Lynx is split between Manchester and London, you could be in a mainly Manchester based team and still work in London (and vice versa). My experience was most of accounts/med writers were in London and creative/planners in Manchester.
