I have a Masters and 8+ years working in an external relations role in a hospital. I have since moved to the payor side. Would it be valuable to pursue another graduate degree (MPH or Dr PH) in order to advance in the payor world or would more education actually hurt my chances?
By advancement, I mean I would earn the degree and then try to find a job at a competitor. My leaders either don’t have graduate degrees or they don’t seem to value them.

Is progression faster at PIPE/PEPI/PEG? Maybe not across all of them but just wondering if it is faster at any of the MBB?

I did my final round with McKinsey today, and I I received a rejection call from the partner today. However, he said I did really great and wants to keep in touch with me. Question to MBB interviewers. I have a couple of interviews coming up and want to understand the process better and manage my own expectations. Could you please share your personal experience: 1/ what % of interviewees are obviously not a good fit - when after the chat you just know that they are wrong for consulting 2/ % made major mistakes in case 3/ what % are kind ok w case and fit, but are not good enough 4/% that are good enough (with minor flaws) 5/ great and you know that they will fit

The interview process is so damn easy - A medium level Hackerrank test, interview with company CTO and then behavioural round with a McKinsey Director and offer extended.

Wondering if this is a red flag.
