Really confused about where I should go,
Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)

Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). It felt like a little while ago agencies were begging to hire new talent, and most couldn’t find new people. Is it really that hard to get a job at an agency? I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.
