Looking for some insights on compensation range (base and bonus) for 3rd year Manager in Deloitte US, Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice (C&M). Would location influence the pay (for example New York vs So Cal)? Currently in Deloitte at another geographic and weighing joining Deloitte US or going freelance as an Innovation and Strategic Design consultant. I don't want to go the traditional route of creating tiers, because I feel like you should do most of the things in tiers regardless on how much they donated. Can anyone assist with coming up with some ideas?

Is it normal for senior managers to ask you to cancel leaves or to nit apply leaves in EY GDS? My manager told in all hands meeting yesterday to not apply leaves during tear end. Won’t this become a hr issue?

Anyone know of a good building for a 1bed/1bath. Need to have parking & a/c. Nice to haves is in-unit laundry, any include utilities, any amenities. Trying to keep it on the cheaper end with a max rent of 1,500, but given our line of work I can bump that up if the place is nice enough to justify the cost. Thanks in advance!
