Hey, so I got an email in early February saying I nailed all my interviews and got the job, but HR keeps saying it's in the pipeline and they're waiting to send my offer letter. They're onboarding in batches of ten, but only two people have been chosen for this role so far – isn't that weird? If they'd offered me the job in February, I'd be working there now, but I can't quit my current job without an offer, and my notice period is 90 days. What do you think will happen?

In HCl offer, there are 2 components for variable pay, one is paid monthly and one is paid yearly. Do we get the complete amount mentioned in both the parameters in variable pay?

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.
