Curious for those in public accounting right now….are any of you open to leaving still with busy season coming closer? I know when I was in public, I was hesitant from 1/15 until 4/15 but wasn’t sure if this is still the norm? I want to be respectful and not reach out to people if it’s too late as to not tempt them if it would look poorly on their resume. Would love your advice!

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions.
