My sibling got an email stating mandatory 5 days work from office since she just came on bench after working on project for 3+ years. And, her wfh request was rejected in the system (unsure if it was auto-reject, rejected by the DM).

Any solution and loopholes to address this issue, and avoid going to the office on all days & simply follow 10 days WFO policy?

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

Any interview tips for Project Manager roles in software development? I was moved to this role about 2 years ago and soon looking to jump to another company, but unsure of what to focus on talking about. Got a new job offer letter. But my existing company wants to retain me with pay revision so I submitted my offer letter of new job to them. A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.
