Hi guys , I have been lately feeling lot of anxiety majorly work related. Has anyone of you felt the same before and how did you managed it?

Started a new job a month ago and feel a little out of my depth. I know I should be patient as I ramp up, but the imposter syndrome is hitting me hard. Would appreciate any tips that you've used to conquer imposter syndrome while starting a new role on a small team (particularly while remote) would be much appreciated ❤️
Need some advice - received an offer to do M&A for a mid-tier accounting firm (think GT, RSM, BDO). I'm a bit surprised I got the offer, tbh. I'm really not sure what to do. I'm a CPA but bounced around a bit early in my career. Went from working at a small regional firm doing audit and tax (1.5 years) > B4 audit (1 year) > fund accounting operations at a large bank (2 years) > working in a very specialized audit/consulting role at an investment advisor. How are the exit ops?

Planning to put in my two weeks. Do you believe it’s the right time to do so? The position I want to leave for is amazing in many aspects but I am scared to jump due to current circumstances. Thoughts
Deloitte USDC folks, how do you like your organization? Contemplating starting a new role in Florida, post-KPMG.
Hi Folks, Just want to share the worst hiring experience i faced while interviewing for Test Lead position for infosys. I cleared all the rounds, post that shared the documents for BGC. Before the process initiation i pre informed them about my cctc, ectc and offer amount inhand. Inspite of all that after waiting for 15days i got a cl from h.r team, they literally got nerve to offer me the amount which is 1.5L less than my cctc. Extreme wastage of bandwidth of the interviewee, Beware
I just got an offer from Meta for a Project manager position. I’m new to tech so need some advice. My offer is for IC4. I have 7 yoe. The offer is 115k base/15% bonus/55k rsu. Is this competitive for my yoe? I was expecting ic5 but I’m being told that 7-9 yoe experience is in line with ic4. Also that ic4 has no sign on bonus as “that’s reserved for lead/manager roles.” Would appreciate any advice, my current base in a different industry is much higher than the offer so I’m on the fence.

When your test lead uses this project role title as an excuse to call herself a manager when really she's a senior associate in real life
Hello Fishes, I got selected in TCS for the position of Associate Consultant for the package 2400000 per annum with experience considered 16.5 years. Do you think this package is reasonable for this position and experience.
I’m about to go in-house as a freelancer! What are the day rates and hourly rates? Going to sign a 1 year contact for a big tech company. (Meta, Google, Spotify) Its for a senior/ACD position. I have 9 years of experience. Location is NYC. Any thoughts?
