Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.

We are looking for Qliksense profile with experience of 6 years to be joined ASAP. The requirement is in Delhi NCR and the candidate should be able to understand Hindi.

12 years ex- Accenture. Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Salesforce Certified. In Kolkata (preferred), Open for Bangalore. Currently in Notice period. DM me for open roles.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
