Hi All , Can anyone say what is the notice period when we are in probabtion period . I heard that its only 15 days can someone please confirm . I want to put my papers asap. Also if we have referred any candidate and has been selected will we be getting the referral amount if we leave the organisation before the candidate completes their probabation period?
